Ported Intake Manifolds

Who cares how much your heads flow if your manifold can't keep up? For over 12 years, FPS has been designing, developing and winning with optimum manifold porting solutions. We focus on maximizing CFM without sacrificing velocity while paying special attention to air/fuel distribution.

FPS has been instrumental in the development of an 8.2 carb intake called the Funnel Web, which addresses the distribution problems found in symmetrical port runner designs. FPS also carries a full line of Edelbrock, TFS, Ford Motorsport, TFC and Parker Intake Manifolds. FPS specializes in modifying, welding and fabrication of cast and sheetmetal intake manifolds. Along with extensive porting gives you the best of both worlds in intake manifold flow rates with high velocity runners.

Lubricating piston skirt coating that reduces friction, as well as, inhibiting galling and seizing.

All the features of our EPC-107 plus a Thermal Barrier Coating on the dome. This coating keeps heat in the combustion chamber promoting even thermal expansion and increasing part life.

EPC-100T
Similar to hard Anodizing, the .002-.003 dimensional charge increases piston life and horsepower by evenly controlling part expansion while reducing friction and part temperature. A must for Nitrous motors.
