Pacific Performance Products and subsidiaries Ford Performance Solutions and Avenger Cylinder Heads here in after referred to as Pacific are not liable for labor for installation, tuning or any incidentals. Pacific does not warranty any nos, blower or turbo engines due to the nature of their intended use.

Pacific uses only the highest quality track proven components which all carry their own limited warranty. Pacific strives to use the latest techniques in machining and assembling to insure a quality product with the least amount of intended maintenance. Pacific only warranties its motors against defects in workmanship and or any parts for the period of 90 days from the date of invoice. If any discrepancies or alleged defects arise Pacific will disassemble and inspect any faulty parts at our discretion and then either replace or repair. After inspection Pacific will not be responsible for any shipping, installation, labor or R&R charges. If Pacific finds some type of alleged defective part in the engine we reserve first right to rebuild or fix the alleged defect at our discression, and will contact the manufacture of said part for further analysis and possible replacement. If you do not have Pacific due the first inspection of this alleged damage all warranties from Pacific are voided. If after inspection Pacific finds that alleged defect is customers fault due to lack of correct tuning, or improper use, etc, it will be the customer responsibility to pay for Pacific for itŐs time and for the parts and labor required to repair the damage.

You can buy an extended Pacific warranty held by a separate company and is caped at a specific dollar amount. Contact a rep at Pacific for further information.

Pacific does not reimburse any freight cost for any circumstance.

Pacific and the customer should realize that the components and the use of high performance engines and parts are used in combinations that far exceed the original HP rating or intended use of their original application. Also in many cases the parts used might be original OEM parts for lack of other aftermarket parts available or cost that the customer is not willing to pay.

No warranty will be extended to any engine making more than 1.35 horse power per CID under any circumstance.
